Who are the people in your life that you tend to turn to for social support when you are experiencing stress or need personal encouragement?"
I turn to a few of my closest friends, because they give the best information or help with the situations. They may go through the same things i do, so they would know more about it than any other person might. Depending on the situation, i can go to my mom for help, because she always knows what to say and help with. If i don't turn to someone for help with stress, i usually go workout, because that relieves alot of my stress.

It is great to have access to friends who have been through the same events or are going through them. I am the same way, a good workout really relieves stress and anger and makes me feel so much better. 10/10
